Omar Ferreira

Mr. Ferreira joined Meridian Capital Group in May 2017, having previously worked at Cushman & Wakefield and Massey Knakal Realty Services. He has been involved in the underwriting, analysis, and closing of over $750 million of commercial real estate financing requests across all asset types. In addition to underwriting, Mr. Ferreira focuses on producing financing memorandums for presentation to a wide variety of capital sources and manages the due diligence process to facilitate the successful closing of loans. He earned his B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Communication Studies from CUNY Baruch College.
