Noam Aziz
Senior Director
Noam Aziz is one of New York City’s highest-volume retail leasing professionals. Since joining Meridian Capital Group in 2023, he oversees a team of 15+ professionals, Meridian’s most active team with more than 1,000,000 square feet across Manhattan and the outer boroughs.
At just 20 years old, Noam was recognized by the Commercial Observer as one of New York City’s 30 Under 30 leasing professionals (2024) – a distinction that reflected his transaction volume and market influence at an age when most brokers are still finding their footing. He has since been named Rising Star of the Year by the Real Estate Development Awards (2026) and selected as a Ones to Watch: Industry Leader by NYREJ (2026).
Specializing in landlord representation across food & beverage, fitness, experiential, and service retail, Noam advises institutional owners, private families, and developers on leasing strategy, tenant curation, merchandising, repositioning, and confidential underwriting – functioning as an ongoing advisory resource rather than a transaction-by-transaction broker. Current landlord clients include Wharton Properties, Ashkenazy, Harbor Group, Slate Property Group, Madison Realty Capital, Extell Development, L&M Development, Lightstone Group, Crown Acquisitions, and Chess Builders, to name a few.
Noam’s team brings street-level intelligence and aggressive deal sourcing to some of New York City’s fastest-moving retail corridors. Their leasing velocity is proven in one case; they reposition and lease a space that had sat vacant for nearly four years in four weeks.
