Max Kepes

Associate

Maxwell Kepes joined Meridian Investment Sales in March 2019 as an Associate working with the Middle Market team. In that time he has focused on the underwriting of real estate transactions over a wide array of property types, including multifamily, retail, commercial, special purpose, development and bankruptcy sales.
Prior to joining Meridian Investment Sales, Mr. Kepes worked as an appraisal analyst at BBG, a nationally acclaimed appraisal and valuation firm. In his three plus years, he was responsible for the underwriting and research of all asset types throughout the tri-state area with a concentration on the five boroughs of New York. Before that, he graduated from the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy with a concentration on Business Policy and Economic Development with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
