Mr. Freudenberger joined Meridian in 2024 as an Associate in the companies Midtown office, specializing in tenant representation in New York City.
Max has extensive experience in retail leasing, focusing on food & beverage, fitness, and service spaces. Prior to joining Meridian, Max was a Construction Management Intern at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, handling cost estimation.
Max holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Alabama.
