Jacob Rochlitz

Mr. Rochlitz joined Meridian in 2004 and currently serves as a Broker in the company’s New York City headquarters. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, office, and retail in locations throughout the United States including New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Rochlitz has negotiated more than $5 billion in financing covering multifamily, affordable housing, office, retail, industrial, and other property types across the United States.
