Greg Goldberg

Mr. Goldberg joined Meridian in 2018 and currently serves as a Director in the company’s Midtown’s office. He specializes in landlord/tenant representation in New York City.
Mr. Goldberg has distinguished himself in the retail leasing sector with expansive experience in the leasing of food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces.
Prior to joining Meridian, Mr. Goldberg was a Director at Eastern Consolidated where he specialized in landlord/tenant representation in New York City. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated , Mr. Goldberg was the in house graphic designer at THE ONE Group, a global leader in the hospitality industry and the creator of the international restaurant brand STK.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Goldberg has negotiated more than 250,000 square feet in leases covering retail and office space in Manhattan. Mr. Goldberg holds a BFA / Graphic Design from Frostburg State University.
