Emily Dorneanu

Ms. Emily Dorneanu joined Meridian Investment Sales in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate in the firm’s Downtown Manhattan office. She specializes in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development properties throughout New York City.

Prior to joining Meridian, Ms. Dorneanu gained experience across multiple facets of the commercial real estate industry through internships in brokerage, valuation, and property management in the Chicagoland area. These roles provided her with a well-rounded understanding of investment sales, property operations, market analysis, and valuation, while developing the analytical and client service skills that she brings to every assignment.

Originally from Naperville, Illinois, Ms. Dorneanu earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from Purdue University. Her academic background, combined with hands-on experience across several sectors of commercial real estate, provides a strong foundation for advising property owners and investors throughout New York City.
