Elliott Birnbaum

Elliott joined Meridian in 1998 and currently serves as a Senior Managing Director at the firm’s headquarters in New York City. He is responsible for the origination and placement of loans across a broad array of property types, including multifamily, healthcare, office, retail, self-storage as well as construction and bridge financing. Additionally, he has been involved in investment sales, leasing, and equity syndication.

Over the course of his career, Elliott has negotiated more than $10 billion in financing and represented many institutional and family real estate firms.
