Ava Schumm joined Meridian Capital Group in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Midtown office. Ava specializes in both landlord and tenant acquisition across retail, office, and mixed-use properties in New York City and Long Island.
Prior to joining Meridian Capital, Ava held two investment banking positions, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets advisory. Her background in high-level financial transactions and strategic advisory work gives her a distinct advantage in navigating complex commercial real estate deals with precision and insight.
Ava holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a concentration in Corporate Law from Baruch College.
